Gill Field Level

The Gill Field Level is driven through grit and shale, and, towards the Level Head, where it branches off to the vein, limestone, being exactly the same strata as the Cockhill Level is driven through.
This level is rather low, having been driven by a former Company, but it is in general, in moderate repair.
